  • How long does it take to set up an EventRSVP site?
  • A standard RSVP site with an average of ten questions requires three working days to set up. Setup includes the following:
  • - mark-up of the HTML invitation,
    - building the RSVP page,
    - mark-up of HTML thank you e-mail,
    - set up an email to send the invitations from,
    - set up a backend to view your RSVP numbers and track registrations.
  • What is the best format to provide an invitation in?
  • We prefer to receive e-mails in PDF or JPG, the higher the resolution the better in order to ensure a high quality invitation. Please keep in mind that the invitation will need to be converted into HTML. As Office 2003 and later cannot display background images we strongly advise against placing text on any background images for the best results.
  • Can you send additional e-mails like aide memoires, save the dates?
  • Yes we certainly can, please specify this when asking for a quotation so we can include this in your project, we can also send SMS notifications as delegates register and send an SMS reminder to your RSVP list a few days before your event.
  • Can you handle online credit card payments?
  • Yes we can assist with a payment portal to process accept credit card payments and also to manage EFT payments. Please contact us for more information.
  • Do you provide online registration solutions for exhibitions and conferences?
  • Yes we also develop website and online registration systems for conferences and exhibitions, please contact us for more information.
  • Can you assist with onsite registration?
  • Yes we have our own in-house registration department who can assist you with all your onsite requirements. We can also make use of Revolutionary RFID systems which can track delegate movement throughout the event with the swipe of a card.
